Roberta Cohen is often called upon by business leaders, managers and teams developing or fine tuning leadership strategies to create or maintain collaborative, engaged and productive organizations.
Roberta’s executive coaching practice leverages her extensive experience working with companies that have been impacted by traumatic events (such as acts of violence, accidents or natural disasters). In her work with organizations facing these types of crises, Roberta assists by providing the processes, tools and support necessary to address matters related to worker well-being, retention, safety and business continuity.
Roberta’s coaching practice focuses on working with business leaders throughout the business life cycle, from start-up, during periods of growth and expansion as well as during times of business transition and change. She additionally works with leaders on their work-life balance, which she believes is critical to effective and sustainable leadership and with mid-career professionals who are in the process of re-evaluating their career paths.
Roberta holds a Master in Social Work (MSW) and is licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She also holds the Certificate of Specialized Training in Workplace and Industrial Applications from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF). She is a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC), a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
